• A few solutions can be reconfigured for the room key - either a voice activation system keyed to her voice only, or a retina scan device fixed at her eye level. Whichever option - or both - work best for Amanda.
• Amanda's rooms would be set up to accommodate the needs you described. Just go by what you describe her rather than relying on the image on the Housing page. The Owmi would configure the room to her needs.
• Her comm device can be used hands free. As for other computer terminals throughout the station, she would need the NPC assistant. Such as, for example, the library terminals.
