This school was founded by the characters when it became apparent that the Orakalla would take anyone of any age. Children need a place to learn. So rather than shoving the poor abducted children into the scary environment of an alien school, the characters founded their own school just for them. Student Info In making the school, the characters also recognized that adults came from desparate backgrounds, and some also needed instruction in certain subjects. So the school is also open to adults who want to increase their understanding of the various subjects offered. Anyone can be a student. If you would like to sign up your character as a student, copy and fill out this form and post it to the comment titled 'New Student', HERE. Only one (1) character per form. STUDENT FORM Instructor Info Elective classes, however, can be taught by the characters in the game. There will also not be a formal Lessons Post made each month. If players want to play out their character teaching or learning, that is up to the players to work out. Please remember, do not godmod other player's characters - if you wish to say an instructor did X or a student did Y, clear it with the player of that character first. Any of the characters can teach an elective subject so long as they have the skills to do so. Elective classes can be anything not on the required curriculum class list such as: underwater basket weaving, Chinese literature, or welding. The teaching of meta powers can be facilitated through the school as they can be an elective class. No one will be required to take it, but using this page is a good way for players to list if their character is open to teaching their meta powers. HOWEVER, the teaching of or learning of meta powers MUST be something cleared between both the player of the instructor and the player of the student - neither player should assume these lessons are happening without all individual players involved understanding, and agreeing, that the lessons are taking place. Not just anyone can be an instructor. Characters must possess proficiency in the subject they wish to teach. They must also be of age. And, they must also have the time. (For the most part, the mods are going to trust you if you say your character has a proficiency in the subject they want to teach.)
